Experience
He has played his
professional work as a private lawyer and constitutional litigation
administrative disputes and criminal matters, the public has served as

Academic
Activity
In the academic activity is
professor at the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos, in the National Center
for Higher Studies (CAEN). He is also a visiting professor at several
Graduate Schools in constitutional, administrative and criminal,
nationally and internationally. Author of several books in his field, one
in authorship with Javier Valle Riestra.
