Area of Civil Procedural law that is oriented to the litigation in judicial head office. Exceptionally, it is used previously in the beginning of the process alternative ways of solution, such as the Conciliation or Arbitration. The above mentioned area frames the credit collection to its expiration contained in qualifications - values or in documents that generate certainty origin, quantity and legitimacy of the obligation. Also, it involves those actions directed to solve familiar and patrimonial matters regulated by the Peruvian Civil regulations.
